On the day, Mr. Toritani provided hands-on batting practice instruction, while Mr. Iwata focused on pitching form and technique coaching. They meticulously shared the experience and skills honed at the highest level with each child.

During the instruction, important messages that transcend the sport itself were conveyed, such as:
“Continuously thinking about what you can do for the team,”
and
“It is the attitude of persistent effort that leads to growth.”
The participating children listened intently with serious expressions.
