Q.Why did you join the company and what do you do?

I joined the company right after graduating from high school.

During high school, I had hoped to work in the manufacturing industry, and since I frequently used Life-do.Plus products in my daily life, I decided I wanted to work at Life-do.Plus and applied for a position.

My job primarily involves manufacturing wet wipes at the factory. Inside the cleanroom, I handle product packaging and quality inspection, as well as mixing chemical solutions and packing products into boxes.

Q.Impressions since joining the company

The senior colleagues I work with at the factory are very cheerful and kind, so I feel that it’s a comfortable work environment.

In addition, there are company events such as New Year’s parties and BBQs, where I have a great time with my coworkers at Life-do.Plus and enjoy myself with all the employees.

Q."Rewarding" and "joyful"

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the products we’ve made on store shelves and watching customers purchase them.

When I see customers picking up the products I’ve helped create, I realize that my work is making a difference in someone’s life, and that brings me great joy.

Q.Have you made any mistakes since joining the company?

While working in the cleanroom, I nearly dropped the film used to wrap the base paper because it slipped out of my hands.

I had just started to get the hang of the job, but this incident made me realize that even a minor mistake could lead to a major one, and I realized once again that I need to strictly follow the procedures when working.

Q.What do you do on your days off and in your private life?

On my days off, I enjoy playing board games and card games with friends from my school days.

It’s a great way to take my mind off things, as we talk about all sorts of things and listen to each other’s stories while we play.

Q.Future goals

I’d like to expand the range of tasks I can handle.

I’ve been transferred from the Yamamoto Plant to the Kanonji Plant, which has just begun operations as a new facility, and there’s a lot for me to learn.

I plan to quickly master the work processes on the pocket and large-format production lines where I’m assigned, and acquire the skills needed to handle any issues that may arise.

MESSAGE

I’m sure there will be a lot you don’t understand at first, but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask your senior colleagues. They’ll be happy to explain things to you in detail. Like me, our senior colleagues have also grown through their mistakes. Don’t be afraid to fail—take on every challenge. Whenever you’re stuck, your senior colleagues will always be there to help.>As you gain more skills in this job, you’ll find it increasingly rewarding. We look forward to welcoming you to the Life-do.Plus team.
